The Kamoer ATO One is a smart water replenishing device that requires only the sensor and the refill pump to be installed. It can be used after power-on without setting any parameters. Includes 1 optical level sensor and 1 float level sensor.

The optical level sensor is used to monitor the water level to determine whether water needs to be replenished. The float level sensor is used to prevent overflow.

An optional float level sensor is available to monitor the freshwater reservoir for water shortage.

The ATO One is rich in status indicators. When the Anti-overflow Sensor or overtime, the refill pump is not inserted or the freshwater reservoir is short of water, the ATO One will have an indicator light and a buzzer alarm.

Installation, use note.

STEP 1: Install the optical sensor (S1) at the normal water level line and use it as a water fill sensor. Note that the optical level sensor should be kept away from areas with air bubbles, otherwise it will be disturbed causing misjudgment.

STEP 2: Install the optical sensor (S3) above the normal water level line and use it as an overflow prevention sensor. If the water level reaches this position, it means that the fill water optical sensor (S1) has failed and the equipment will alarm and force the fill water pump to stop working.

STEP 3: Connect the pipeline (charge pump - anti-syphon connector - water pipe holder). Be careful to install the anti-syphon fitting inside the recharge bucket and make sure that it is always above the recharge bucket level, if the recharge bucket level is not above the anti-syphon fitting, it will not prevent the siphoning phenomenon; the hose outlet must be above the bottom/main tank level.

STEP 4: Plug the charge pump into the Pump connector. The anti-burnout sensor on the charge pump should be kept up so that it can detect and alert you when the charge bucket is running low and prevent air from entering the submersible pump.

STEP 5: Plug the power adapter into the DC12V connector and power up the power adapter.

DIRECTIONS:

Each Genesis Rock can support up to 350 gallons of the aquarium, our kit includes 700 gallons worth of coverage in two rocks. Heavier bio load tanks such as predator tanks for example should increase the coverage suggested above. 

Rinse material well with purified water, but preferably aquarium water. Our rock is specifically designed for zero leaching so we have very little dust, but we recommend washing just to be sure. 

Place Genesis Rock in a plastic container, filling it with aquarium water, and then adding your favorite bacterial product (our favorite is Polyplab Genesis). Add your bacteria to the container based on the size of the aquarium you are adding the rocks. Allow for your Genesis Rocks to stand at least 12 hours, and then place them inside your aquarium. If you are not using any bacterial supplement, you can place rock directly in the aquarium after rinsing. You can discard the soaked water to ensure no microscopic dust gets moved to your aquarium. 

Using more blocks than the capacity recommended above is ok, and will increase your filtration power. 

Aerobic - Optimized for Nitrite, Ammonia Removal
To use the Genesis Rocks to create aerobic bacteria, place the Rocks above water level over your refugium, overflow, or suspended in your system. Run tank water over the rock, and allow the overflow to run into your water column. Do not run your entire system flow over the blocks, only around 40 gallons per hour estimated.

Anaerobic - Optimized for NItrate Removal
Install the Genesis Rocks in a very low flow area, deprived of as much oxygen as possible. This can be a low flow area in your sump or refugium, under your sand, or hidden in your aquascape. 

Aerobic & Anaerobic - Optimized for general performance
Install the Genesis Rocks in a medium flow area of your tank, sump, refugium, or other portion of your system which has a medium flow of water. This will allow the outside of your Genesis Rocks to propagate Aerobic bacteria while the inner portions of your Genesis Rocks generate Anaerobic bacteria. 

*Be sure not to place the Genesis block in any area where it might rub against other equipment and cause damage to the block such as a vibrating protein skimmer as an example.
