Ocean Nutrition’s Feeding Frenzy Seaweed Clips hold seaweed underwater. They have a long and strong gripping surface for securely holding seaweed and a suction cup that allows them to easily be attached to the inside surface of acrylic or glass aquariums.

Directions:

CLEAN THE SEAWEED CLIP THOROUGHLY BEFORE EACH USE.

Tear off a piece of seaweed approximately two inches by three inches, fold once or twice, and place the seaweed in the clip.

Allow the fish to graze for up to 24 hours. Reattach any large pieces of seaweed that break loose. Remove any uneaten seaweed after 24 hours.

Ideal for the growth and conditioning of the Betta fish. This food is a totally new concept and cannot be compared with any existing pellet food. Bettas love it!

This food is intended for use by Betta breeders from the serious hobbyist to professional. It is safer, more reliable and cheaper than live food and is of course easier to store and handle.

We advise the use of Betta PRO if you want to condition Betta (before breeding or competing in a show) or for sustained growth. A stable diet for fry from the start of the second month up to the seventh month. Bettas love this food and prefer it to frozen or freeze dried foods.

Feed up to 7 pellets twice per day, depending on the size of the Betta and the water temperature. Place the pellets gently on the water surface.

Ocean Nutrition Artemia Cysts, also known as Brine Shrimp Eggs, have a hatching percentage of more than 90%. They will hatch into Artemia nauplii (baby brine shrimp) in 18 to 30 hours. Artemia nauplii are known to be the ideal live food for the first stages of many marine and freshwater tropical fish and for many invertebrates.

Hatching instructions: Use 25gr to 35gr (+/- 1 soupspoon) of salt per liter and add +/- 2gr of brine shrimp eggs per liter.

Use tap water and pour salt into the cone with air pump running. When using kitchen salt, it is best is to add +/- 3gr (1 teaspoon) of sodium-bicarbonate (backing soda). Make sure the water temperature is maintained between 26° - 29° during the incubation period. (Do not exceed 30°C, as improper temperature control is the main reason for a bad hatch). The air line should reach to the bottom of the hatching vessel to ensure vigorous and homogenous mixing. An air stone is not recommended.

Add the eggs to the hatching water and make sure air keeps eggs in suspension. Eggs will hatch into very tiny, nearly microscopic "Nauplii" (babies) in 18 to 30 hours.

You can harvest by removing the air tube and waiting two to five minutes for the orange nauplii to come to the bottom of the cone.

After 24 hours stop aeration and wait 10 minutes until nauplii settle to the bottom. Empty shells will float at the surface. Siphon the nauplii on a sieve, rinse carefully with tap water and feed to your animals.

This off the shelf coral food makes feeding your corals so much easier and efficient. Their soft semi-moist pellet structure ensures optimal acceptance and digestion. Besides that, the pellets are packed with selected molecules to trigger feeding response. Comes in two pellet sizes.
